How our collaboration works?
1. Initial consultation – let’s get to know you
We discuss your needs, plans, and vision. We want to understand what you do and what you need. This is the moment when we begin building a design tailored for you.
2. Space analysis and brief preparation
We look over the premises or help select the right location. We assess its functional and visual potential. Based on this, we create a design brief – a document that defines the direction of further activities and the scope of work.
3. Conceptual design and visualizations
At this stage, we present you with a coherent interior concept – with a functional layout, style, and atmosphere. We prepare realistic 3D visualizations that will allow you to see the final result before implementation begins. This is the time to make decisions and adjustments before we move on to the technical details.
4. Technical Documentation and Cost Estimate
We create all the documentation necessary to implement the project – floor plans, details, material and technology specifications. We also include an approximate cost estimate, which allows you to better plan your budget and schedule. Everything is prepared for a smooth implementation without any surprises.
5. Support during implementation
We don’t leave you with the project on paper. We support you throughout the construction phase – we advise, consult with the team, and answer questions. Our goal is to deliver the premises on time, according to the design, and ready for the first customers.
